For the food/catering sector, stay HACCP compliant with our range of portable thermometers such as the Testo 106-T1 and PC Temp PT2 models. Very fast response surface temperature scanning of e.g. goods inwards can be carried out with our Testo 826 T1 & T2 and Eurolec IR151 & 152 infrared thermometers and for longer term temperature or humidity monitoring Testo 175-T1, or Testo 175-H2 dataloggers can provide 1000s of readings, saved in graph or table form to your PC or laptop.

Temperature in catering is as much about control as monitoring. The latest additions to the the Grant range of instrumentation are their Sous Vide cooking baths - available from 5 to 26L capacities and in Professional or Expert versions, Sous Vide cooking is a clean, convenient and controlled method of cooking resulting in increased efficiencies, superior taste & texture and consistency of quality. You may require more accurate temperature measurements - e.g. in precision laboratory work or research - and this can be easily achieved with our RT161 & PC Temp RT1 thermometers. Accuracies of better than +/-0.1C together with 0.01C resolution at a cost effective price.

Certain tougher environments and applications require more robust instrumentation - our metal cased TH102 and 103 thermometers are designed to endure more hostile conditions than most - whilst of course still providing accurate reliable readings for years.

Multi channel measurement? Our bench top units, e.g. the BMT or BMK models provide up to 6 thermocouple inputs with a selector display.
